Summarizer
A stranger in a strange land...
A promise made to her dying father brought Nicole Lord from her home in Paris, France, to the remote hills of Vermont. There, she tried to make peace with her father's mother--an embittered, eccentric old woman who was convinced her artist son had deserted her years earlier.
Nicole was met with rejection and coldness, not only from her grandmother but also from the housekeeper, Delia, and her son, Mark. Nicole's only comfort was the suave and sophisticated doctor, Alan, who treated her grandmother.

The novel “The Fourth Letter” make me relate or connect into one situation that I seen when I was elementary. The story of that movie is that there is a father and daughter, and the father of that little girl came from a royal family in their country, and then, when the girl reach the age of 16 her father died because of accident. But before that happen the father of the child left her a words that when the time comes she will be left by his father she will go the place where her father rose up. She will bring that royal coin purse to prove to the Queen that she is the daughter of the late prince the son of the Queen. So the girl live in the palace at first the Queen treated her very cold even some housemate in the palace but she never thinks that because in her mind she is not lying, she have proof that she is the daughter of the late prince.
Months past the queens started to trust and loved her granddaughter, they bond to each other, they enjoy each other company, until one day accident happen when they enjoyed staying in the place where the son of the queen favourite place to visit when he was still young they don’t know something happen in the palace the palace was being burned, the only thing will the queen would do was to cry but the princess the granddaughter went inside the house to find the coin purse that her father gave to her before it will die, the queen get worried and she went inside also the burned palace even the fire was so big she never think it, that time she wants to save her granddaughter as this girl is the only memory could her late son could give to her, so he went there she find her granddaughter when she entered the room she was hit in the head by a log, then the princess saw her Queen she save her grandmother she bring it out side.
After that incident the princess prove to herself that the queen love her truly and without hesitation, then the young lady give the coin purse to the queen saying that “this is the only thing that my father gave me before he died I save this coin purse and you my Queen as I know both of you are the treasure of my father that he could remember and he could give to me as my treasure also” the queen cried in burst. And after that they live in the palace together.
